Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is only open to UK residents aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dorset Cereals, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. To enter: Visit www.tokens.dorsetcereals.co.uk and either login or register your details before the closing date of 11.59pm on 31st May 2012. No purchase necessary.
3. The Prizes:
a. Main Prize: 1 of 100 Dorset Cereals cases filled with their new packs. Each case includes 11 mueslis, 3 granola's and 3 porridges.
b. Runners Up Prizes: 1 of 10 cases of Dorset Cereals premium bars.
4. The prizes are non-refundable and no cash alternative is available.
5. The winners will be selected in a random draw conducted by PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification company, from all valid entries received by the closing date and to be conducted no later than 16th June 2012.
6. The winners will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. In the event that a winner has not responded within 14 days of notification then the promoter reserves the right to reallocate the prize to a reserve winner.
7. Please allow up to 28 days for delivery of the prizes.
8. Prizes must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.
9. The winners’ name and county will be posted online at http://www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/our-friends/?type=prize-draw-sponsors after 1st July 2012 for at least 1 month.
10. The Promoter may substitute the prize for a prize of an equal or greater value if, for any reason, the original item is unavailable.
11. By entering, winners agree that if they win, they will participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies.
12. By entering the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. Failure to do so will result in the forfeiture of the prize. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. The Promoter or its agencies accept no responsibility for any loss, injury or damage suffered through acceptance of the prize.
14. The Promoter or its agencies will not be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. Proof of submission of entry is not proof of receipt of entry.
15. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
16. To the full extent permitted by law the Promoter will not accept liability for any loss, damage, injury or death arising from this promotion beyond its reasonable control.

• 1. The promotion is open to residents of the UK and Ireland aged 18 or over, excluding employees and their immediate families of Dorset Cereals, its agents or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
• 2. To participate: register at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/simplepleasurehunt and open a Simple Pleasure Token Account (it is free but will require your name and contact details). Only one Pleasure Token account per person (for the avoidance of doubt, this shall be based upon one account permitted per unique email address).
• 3. Registration is open from 12.00 on 30th September 2011 and will continue until such time as notified on the site by the Promoter, subject to the giving of at least 30 days notice.
• 4. Registered Users will be able to earn Tokens via a variety of means including :
• a. Playing an online game, such as Spin the Bottle
• b. Entering the monthly prize draw
• c. Having a photo accepted and uploaded on the photo competition website
• d. Having an entry approved for the Little Blog Awards
• e. Inviting a friend to collect Tokens (one Token per friend for each friends up for a Simple Pleasure Token account, to a maximum of 20)
• f. Entering the win a VW Campervan on-pack promotion
• g. Playing one or more of the Minigames online
• h. Taking part in the pleasure poll and trivia quiz online More ways to win Tokens may also be added to the site or removed over time at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
• 5. The value of Tokens awarded per activity is at the discretion of the Promoter and may vary.
• 6. Tokens have no cash value and are non-transferable. All Tokens awarded by a Player will be stored and available for display in the User’s Piggy Bank statement.
• 7. Tokens will be used as entries into prize draws and competitions and other rewards that will be made available and communicated on the website from time to time and may be subject to separate terms and conditions.
• 8. Users must not supply false information in their registration or share their account details with others, and no individual should participate under any identity that is not their own.

Draw

• 1. From October 2011 until further notice, there will be a free prize draw from all the players who have collected at least one Simple Pleasure Token during the previous calendar month via any of the means above. Players will receive one entry for every Simple Pleasure Token earned in that calendar month. At the end of each calendar month, all Simple Pleasure Token accounts will be reset to zero.
• 2. The number and nature of prize/s will vary each month and will be stated clearly on the site, along with any relevant terms and conditions, during the relevant month.
• 3. Draws will be conducted under the supervision of PromoVeritas, the independent promotional verification service.
• 4. The Promoter reserves the right to provide alternative prizes of equal value if, due to circumstances beyond its reasonable control, the stated prizes are no longer available. No cash or other alternatives to the prizes are available.
• 5. The winner will be contacted within 7 days of the draw. Winners not contactable within 14 days of notification risk disqualification and the award of the prize to a reserve.
• 6. The names & counties of the monthly prize winners will be posted online at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk after 14 days of the draw being made.
• 7. By entering, Players agree to participate in any reasonable publicity arranged by The Promoter or its agencies in the event of them winning.

Termination of an account

• 8. A Player may terminate their Simple Pleasure Token account at any time by using the Edit Details link on the Piggy Bank Statement page. Once deleted, accounts cannot be reactivated.
• 9. The Promoter may, at its sole discretion, terminate the Player account of anyone registering under details that the Promoter has reasonable grounds to believe are false.
• 10. If a Player's profile is terminated or removed, then the Simple Pleasure Tokens will be deleted from both the Player's Piggy Bank and any charity banks that the Player may also have joined.
• 11. The Promoter may, in its sole discretion, terminate the account of, and/or prohibit further participation in the promotion by, any person who tampers with or benefits from any tampering with the website, including the Tokens process or with the operation of the Tokens process, or acts in violation of these conditions, acts in a disruptive manner or acts with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person.

Legal liabilities

• 12. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, corrupted or misdirected registrations, Tokens claims, disputes or correspondence relating to any aspect of the promotion (including but not limited to claims for Tokens) whether due to error, omission, alteration, tampering, deletion, theft, destruction, transmission interruption, communications failure or otherwise.
• 13. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any third party illegal or fraudulent action/inaction that may occur on or through the promotion, but reserves the right to take action against any third party it knows or has reasonable grounds to believe is responsible for such action/inaction.
• 14. Whilst we will always try to ensure that the website and all of its games and functions are working as they should be, problems may occur from time to time. The promoter accepts no responsibility for any intermittent problems which may arise with the functioning of the game or of the Player accounts.
• 15. The Promoter and its associated agencies and companies will not be liable for any loss (including, without limitation, indirect, special or consequential loss), expense OR damage which is suffered or sustained (whether or not arising from any person's negligence) in connection with use of the promotion and its content (in physical sphere, eg playing games described on the website), except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including death or personal injury) in which case that liability is limited to the minimum allowable by law.
• 16. The Promotional website may contain links to other websites that the Promoter does not own or operate. Please be aware that the Promoter does not control, recommend or endorse, and is not responsible for their content, products, services or privacy policies.
• 17. If for any reason any aspect of the Promoter is not capable of operating as intended, including by reason of infection by computer virus, network failure, bugs, tampering, unauthorised intervention, fraud, technical failures or any cause beyond the control of the Promoter which corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this competition, the Promoter may at its sole discretion cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the promotion or invalidate affected Tokens or the accounts of Players.
• 18. The Promoter may require Players to provide proof of identity, proof of age and proof of residency. Identification considered suitable for verification is at Promoter 's discretion.
• 19. The Promoter reserves the rights, at its sole discretion, to modify these Terms at any time, and limits its liability in relation to such action to the fullest extent permissible under English law.
• 20. No failure to enforce a clause shall be deemed a waiver of the rights covered within it.
• 21. If any clause of these Terms is deemed unenforceable, then it shall be severed and the remaining Terms shall remain in force.
• 22. The information that Players provide will be used by the Promoter for the purpose of managing the promotion and entrants' personal information may be disclosed to its contractors and agents who assist in managing the promotion or communicating with Players in order to allow them to fulfil their purpose in the management process.
• 23. All such information shall be collected, used and disposed of in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy available at www.dorsetcereals.co.uk/about-us/privacy-policy-and-terms
• 24. From time to time the Promoter might include additional activities or prize promotions on the website, and these will have their own additional terms and conditions published on the website and the Promoter cannot be responsible for the content of these third party websites.
• 25. Access to the internet and a valid email address are required to enter.
• 26. By entering and taking part in the promotion, entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms & conditions and by the decisions of the Promoter, which are final in all matters relating to the promotion. • 27. Neither the Promoter nor its agencies will be responsible for the non-inclusion of entries or the loss of Tokens as a result of technical failures or otherwise, including any such failure which is within the control of The Promoter or its agencies. • 28. The Promoter reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any person it finds to be tampering or to have tampered with the operation of the promotion or the Dorset Cereals Limited website, or to be acting in violation of these terms and conditions.
• 29. All registrations and game entries must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Entries made online using methods such as a macro, a script or the use of automated devices or processes or syndicated entries are not allowed and all such entries will be disqualified.
• 30. Except for liability for fraudulent misrepresentation, the Promoter is not liable for:
• (a) any action an entrant may take as a result of relying on any information provided by the Promoter in relation to the promotion or for any loss or damage suffered by an entrant as a result of taking that action; or
• (b) any liability for losses which are not a foreseeable or likely consequence of (i) an entrant's use of the website, or (ii) a breach of these terms and conditions; or
• (c) an entrant's inability to access the website and/or to submit an entry because of an event outside the Promoter's control, for example (without limitation) the performance of the entrant's or the Promoter's ISP or the Internet.
• 31. However, nothing in these terms and conditions will affect any liability the Promoter may have for death or personal injury arising from the Promoter's negligence or any other liability
• 32. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the promotion without prior notice in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control that make it necessary to do so.

The Woodland Trust

• 33. As a separate part of the promotion, Dorset Cereals will be supporting the Woodland Trust. For every 2,500 tokens collected during the calendar month, Dorset Cereals will contribute £5 towards the Woodland Trust to help plant a tree, subject to a maximum monthly donation of £1,000, to plant up to 500 trees.
• 34. Simple Pleasure Tokens allocated to the Woodland Trust will still remain within the Player’s Piggy Bank.
• 35. All Woodland Trust donations will be awarded by cheque made payable to the charity.
• 36. The Woodland Trust charity promotion is subject to moderation at the sole discretion of the Promoter.
